I have had a whole pineapple sitting on my kitchen counter for almost a month now...it hasn't gone off, but I am wondering what to do with it. It seems almost too cold now to use it in a refreshing drink. Any ideas? Marcela
Hi could you make a layered heart cake with walnut and banana filling cream. covered with fudge hard chocolate and red chocolate flowers on top. I'm trying to make this for my moms birthday and the two parts I'm having hard time with are cutting the layers of the cake and making red chocolate flowers. ( I would prefer 4 layers to the cake)

there's a fabulous moist cake called a hummingbird cake that has pineapple in it--I'll see if I can find a good recipe! xo
